System Design for Availability and Performance
Take the guesswork out of designing a CVSNT installation. We provide complimentary assistance to help you design the architecture or your CVSNT installation including servers and networks to meet performance and availability goals.
 

Account Manager
Your Technical Account Manager is familiar with your project goals and requirements and acts as your advocate withing March Hare Software to give features and projects that will benefit you a high profile in CVSNT release planning. In the event of a disaster or system down production situation your account manager can co-ordinate March Hare's response.
 

On Site Response
In the event that your production system becomes unavailable and the usual channels of support cannot get the system running in an agreed timeframe your account manager can co-ordinate on-site resposne with the appropriate resources.
 

24x7 Global Telephone Support
When your business is global and 24 hour so is our support.
 

Platform Builds
If you require CVSNT for a particular client or server this can be arranged. If the port has not been previously done then a small additional charge may be incurred.
