[Cvsnt] CVS Mirroring on cvsnt

I have a cvs server running on linux, I want to mirror
it on a windows machine. Can I do it using cvsnt ?
if yes, how ? I did not find any help or docs with
the cvsnt server.

PS: Is there a cvsupd for windows ?
