[Cvsnt] Starting up.

Hello all, forgive me if this is not the right place to ask this.

I'm having a hard time getting CVSNT to work with WinCVS 1.2. Instead of
specifying my problems I want to know where I can find a good HOWTO or
TUTORIAL for a newbie on CVS.
