I noticed one odd thing: you don't have a parent 'Protocols' item
which messes up the components tree a bit. If you add the following
above the protocol subcomponents it'll behave better :

---

(note that ISX recognizes that the new item is a pure parent item and
makes it impossible for the user to select it without selecting one of
the subitems)
