This is the final report on this thread: I managed to solve the ViewCvs problems with diff in the following way: - Set system path to include the RCS files dir - Move the system TMP and TEMP variables to C:\Temp - Reboot the machine (uuurkk, but it actually worked afterwards...) /Bo (Bo Berglund, developer in Sweden)
