[Cvsnt] CVS-NT on Windows 2000 Server

I have installed CVSNT 1.10.8 on both W2000 Pro and W2000 Server
without any problems whatsoever. We are using :ntserver: protocol
exclusively and I have put file permissions in place to restrict
access.
