[Cvsnt] Adding pserver users who do not have an NT account?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if this is possible? I have cvsnt setup and it works great. I now want to setup some pserver users to access my repositories over the internet. Do I have to create local nt accounts for them to do this? If so, what permissions do they need then? Thanks.
