[Cvsnt] error reading from server

Hi!

I've installed CVSNT v.1.11.1.3 over a W2K + SP2
I try to use pserver, but when a client try to connect the response is
always the same:

    cvs [login aborted]: Error reading from server gandalf: -1

(gandalf, of course, is the name of my computer)
I'm running server and client over the same computer.

Please, someone knows the cause of it?
