[cvsnt] GPL does not govern use of application, only copying

CVSNT developers,
  thank you for the great tool!

Installing cvsnt I was surprised to be asked to agree
on terms of GPL license. AFAIK one does not have to
agree on terms of GPL to use the application.

Your installer shows GPL 1.0. See section 5:
"5. By copying, distributing or modifying the Program
(or any work based on the Program) you indicate your
acceptance of this license to do so, and all its terms
and conditions."

GPL 2.0 says (section 0, see
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html#SEC3):
"Activities other than copying, distribution and
modification are not covered by this License; they are
outside its scope. The act of running the Program is
not restricted, and the output from the Program is
covered only if its contents constitute a work based
on the Program (independent of having been made by
running the Program). Whether that is true depends on
what the Program does."

It would be great if you could remove this license
agreement confirmation from the installation process. 

IMHO this confirmation even may go against GPL, as GPL
does not allow to impose additional restrictions.
