[cvsnt] wincvs 1.3.9.1 build 1 with cvsnt 1.11.1.3 build 57j very slow executing cvs comands

wincvs 1.3.9.1 build 1 with cvsnt 1.11.1.3 build 57j is very slow executing cvs comands.
I've done a fresh install of both wincvs and cvsnt, cleaning the registry from previouses installations.
I use pserver authentication method.
Any clues?
