[cvsnt] CVS with VS.net

To be able to use igloo with the latest versions of cvsnt, you need to unzip
this file http://www.jalindi.com/igloo/Beta/igloobeta.zip inside the
installation dir of Igloo. It works fine for me with VC++ 6.0 and with the
sspi protocol.
