[cvsnt] How to stop spam on the list?

I have this high-tech filter called the "delete" key that stops my inbox
from getting full... 

:)

That and the more practical matter of false positives--sometimes people
actually discuss problems with Antivirus programs here that might get
snagged if they put the wrong word in there.
