[cvsnt] pserver impersonation with SystemAuth=no does not work

Hello,

In the current version impersonation for pserver protocol with
SystemAuth=no does not work.

The patch is attached.

The bug is in call to NetGetAnyDCName() which returns pointer to the
allocated buffer in its 3rd parameter.

Tony, can you include this patch into the next version, please ?
