The ssh client should work OK (it's now using PuTTY internally which is known
to be a good client).  The ssh server doesn't exist any more (use Cygwin
OpenSSH instead).

In 'test' is the :sserver: protocol which is a cross-platfrom answer to the
problem (essentially it's encrypted pserver).
