[cvsnt] How to retrieve commit messages between tags

How can I retrieve the commit messages posted on a file in between two tags
on this file.

I will use this to examine the changes to a file between two releases of
source code, so I can write a complete release text based on the commit
messages.

I have tried:

"cvs log -b -rRe_030414:Re_030430 SW\OS"


But it do not accept the revision option!

Have you solved this problem I would very much like to know....
