[cvsnt] "something bad" with CVSNT - crash dump

I've said that too, but reality says that's a bit impractical.  Just make
sure your AV software is set to ignore all CVS directories and not scan
ignored files and it should help.  Turning it off for a benchmark would be a
good idea too.
