[cvsnt] cvs [server aborted]: invalid change text

Hi

I get 'cvs [server aborted]: invalid change text in <a-long-filename>' when trying to checkout using an old tag. I guess this means that I've got a corrupt file in the repository, but are there any tools to inspect/repair the RCS file?
Are you aware of any bugs in any version of cvsnt that could have caused this?
