[cvsnt] Newbie Help about setting up a server in W98

Or you can run it on Linux (infinitely lower price tag) as well--RedHat
distro is a good one for new users (the only one I've ever used, so take
that with a grain of salt).  I posted instructions that I used for getting
it to run on RH here:
