You *must* use a repository prefix with eclipse as it doesn't handle drive 
letters properly (actually it doesn't handle a lot properly but removing the 
drive letters helps).

As eclipse is hardcoded to break if it detects cvsnt there's also the 'fake 
unix' option in the control panel that fools it into believing it's talking to 
a cvs 1.11.1 server.

The other option is to just use a proper cvs client (WinCVS, TortoiseCVS, 
SmartCVS, etc.) and forget about the eclipse integration.
