[cvsnt] Could not Install CVSNT on Windows XP Professional

Hello,

I tried to install CVSNT latest stable version on my desktop with Windows XP 
Professional, but got the following error "c:\Windows\System32\msvcr71.dll, 
Delete file failed, Access is denied".  Why is that?  Can CVSNT run on 
Windows XP Professional?
