Suppose we have text-mode file on trunc,
make branch,
remove and re-add as -kb on the branch.
Then trunc file is not same as before,
because the file is binary-mode now.


Anyway, you have fixed -kb unicode bug on 2.0.14.
What I wanted was 'cvs'-server runs on windows, and I have it now.

My office are using my-patched 2.0.11.
If we found failure on it, I'll try 2.0.14.
