[cvsnt] Problems adding binary files to CVSNT 2.0.14

Hmmm.

The only think that stands out is using WinCVS 1.2 -- it turns out that the
folks at WinCVS don't realize that to the general public "beta" means "not
ready for prime time" so many of us end up with 1.2 ... what you want is the
latest release: 1.3.13. ("Beta" to the WinCVS developers is their own
internal way of saying: "not 100% feature complete", which, of course, they
don't mention on the site, causing confusion to many....)

But if you are also trying with cvsnt client it should just work.

It does work for me. I tend to use the cvswrappers file for it:
*.jar -k 'b'
*.dll -k 'b'
*.exe -k 'b'
*.war -k 'b'
etc., but the command line would be fine too.

HTH
