[cvsnt] How do you update a sandbox to a specific date and time?

I need to re-create a sandbox as of Feb 26th, 2004 at 7:45pm
I tried checking out the source specifying the -D "02/26/2004 19:45:00",
however this did not give me the latest versions as of that date and
time.
