[cvsnt] Unable to remove file in 2.0.58c

Hello,

We experienced a lot of those unable-to-rename/access-denied troubles with
2.0.58b and 2.0.58c, 2.0.58a seemed to be ok, but we do not use ssh.
Problems seem to be gone after updating to 2.0.58d. You can also try to
update to see whether it helps for SSH connection too.
