[cvsnt] Build errors

I'm trying to build cvsnt so that I can debug the rename problem, but I'm
getting some build errors. The one that's stumping me is

...\cvsnt-2.0.58c\cvsntcpl\advancedpage.cpp(9) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open
include file: 'cvsflt.h': No such file or directory

Several files seem to be missing the 'cvsflt.h' header file. Googling for
'cvsflt.h' turned up zero matches, so I don't have any idea what's going on
here.

Any pointers appreciated.
