[cvsnt] cvsnt server vs. client

I plan to setup cvsnt on Linux, and access it from a windows (2000) client.
I just downloaded the "CVS server and Client (2.0.51d)" from the cvsnt.org
site, for both Linux, and windows.

Does this install both the client and server at the same time?
Is the client just the command line executable, or does it also include a
gui?
If I plan to use WinCvs, I think this also includes a cvsnt executable.
    Is this correct?
Do I need to update the version cvsnt executable for WinCvs to work
correctly with a CVSNT 2.0.51d server?
Is this the same for TortoiseCVS?

Thanks in advance,

Mark Johnson
