[cvsnt] cvs plugin for word

I hope you are aware that CVS might not be what you want as version control
system for MS-Word documents?
CVS is designed to handle *text* document with concurrent editors where all
changes are merged into each other. But this is not possible with binary
files like *.doc files!

Looking for a plug-in sounds like you are going to deploy CVS to people who
have no real knowledge about version contyrol systems and then the warning
about binary files is even more to the point.

is there a free cvs plugin for word ?

I know of CS-RCS Pro www.componentsoftware.com/products/cvs/
and also CVSTortoise for explorer plugin but i am searching
some free plugin for word.
