[cvsnt] Set file permission in CVSNT

Hi everyone;;

I have windows XP with  cvsnt2.0.58d server on it.

How can set  permission for a single file in a module? Is it possible at 
all?

I heard that  CVSROOT/commitinfo and
custom ACL tool may solve this problem.
But I am not sure and even though it works,
I 've no idea about how to do it at all..
