[cvsnt] Exception with Control Panel with RC3

Hello Tony, hello World,

I've installed Build 1898 (RC3) and changed on the Control Panel ->
Server Setting from SW-ATS\ATs (That's me, with Administrator access) to
(client user)
Now, when I try to change back to SW-ATS\ATs I receive an exception
(it's in german, so my english translation my not be the same): 'While
executing "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL "C:\Programme\CVSNT\cvsnt.cpl","
an exception occured' and the Control Panel gets closed.
