[cvsnt] how to use chacl?

Didn't notice the phrase:
<quote>Any of these may be prefixed by 'no' to deny access</quote>
in the cvs.chm helpfile.
So effectively I set read permissions while not disallowing write....

Hi Bo,

You need to explicitly state nowrite,nocreate,notag,nocontrol as well.
So give this command a try

cvs chacl -a read,nowrite,nocreate,notag,nocontrol -r Branch_Test -m 
"branch locked for commits"
