That's Apple rendezvous.  You can get that from the apple site.

There's a module on the cvsnt.org cvs repository called 'cvsdeps' that 
contains all the required headers and libraries for compilation.

For a private build it's reasonably easy easy to modify the build to not 
require the dependencies.
