[cvsnt] Syncing of 2 CVSNT repositories

It is not possible if both servers are active.
If one is read-only then it is possible.

I would like to know can we do syncing of 2 CVSNT repositories . If this
is possible , how it will be ? . It is a full sync or incremental sync ?
 . It is push or pull sync ?
