[cvsnt] Reg: htpasswd command not found

Wrong commmand!
There is no cvs command named htpasswd at all!

Correct handling of CVS users (for pserver and sserver) is:

cvs -d <CVSROOT> passwd <parameters>

Why are you using such a *really old* version as 2.0.41d????????
