[cvsnt] Merge Notifications

We are using CVSNT 2.5.02 Build 2115 on a Windows 2003 Server and SSPI
for Authentication. We have 4 active branches and would like to send out
notifications to developers if they fail to merge code from one branch
to another. Are there any scripts to find out if the merge happened or
not?
