All the available binaries are the result of contributors building CVSNT 
from source (./configure; make; make install) and submitting any required 
patches to cvsnt-dev and then hosting the installer somewhere.  You can do 
the same ;)

If you are wanting someone else to do that for you then please refer to the 
commercial support pages.
