Arthur tried to walk me through setting it up once... you had to do all 
sorts of bizarre things with permissions since the admin user couldn't 
even create tables.  Unfortunately I forgot completely how he got it 
going so I wouldn't be able to repeat it.

Basically I'm kinda hoping an oracle expert to gets it running, 
otherwise it's something that's going to have to have time allocated to it.
