[cvsnt] 2.5.02 B2064 will not connect to 2.0.41 server...

Hello,
  I just upgraded to the latest TortoiseCVS which includes 2.5.02 Build 2064
and now I cannot connect to my cvs server (2.0.41a).  I get the following
error (tried cvs update and cvs version):

[80090301] The handle specified is invalid

I'm connecting using SSPI and using an existing sandbox.

While I understand that a server that old isn't supported anymore, I don't
plan on upgrading it until we replace the machine itself (that's on order)
since it has worked great for 2 years.
