[cvsnt] CVS and FTP (excluding directories)

I use this : http://www.cyberkiko.com/product.aspx?p=ftpsync

It works great to backup my cvs repository, and to deploy projects.
It keeps a local index of the files, so it only deploys new or changed
files.
