[cvsnt] How to give access control to users for a repository?

Hi all,

Client: Wincvs 2.0
Server: CVSNT 2.5.03 (Scorpio)build 2260
Protocol: SSPI
1. How to give access control to users for a repository?
2. How can i give administrative rights to a user?
3: How can i restric access to a repository for other users?

Please help as soon as possible
I am egarly waiting for solution.
