[cvsnt] cvs info -b question

Aroused by the other thread I started to experiment with cvs info.
There is one thing I cannot understand:

c:\>cvs info -r w2003cvs
Server: W2003CVS
Version: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.5.03 (Scorpio) Build
2330

Protocols:
  gserver
  pserver
  sserver
  sspi

Repositories:
  /TEST                         /TEST

Default repository: /TEST

Default login: :sspi:w2003cvs:/TEST

But when I do this:
c:\>cvs info -b
POLARIS                       POLARIS
antares                       antares

Why is w2003cvs not listed?
What kind of config makes it available for info -b????
