[cvsnt] CVSNT Control Panel not working

Hm, sorry, too quick reply. 
Analyzing the log deeper, it seems, finally every file is 
found in C:\winprg\cvsnt\ path, and executed successfully.
At that point I have no idea, still what the problem can be.
