[cvsnt] OpenRCS

Hi,

i'm not into cvsnt development and roadmap that much, beside reading  
that on ver. 3 everything will be DB based, but i was wondering if  
the inclusion of OpenRCS (an RCS rewrite under BSD license) into  
OpenBSD 4 had any impact on cvsnt performance on that platform. Since  
is described as a code rewrite of RCS with "security and portability"  
in mind i was wondering, in case of performance improvement, if this  
would made any difference to cvsnt development.
