Not true, commitinfo runs *before* the commit in order to be able to
tell CVSNT that the commit is not allowed.

And please:
1) Do not change the subject by adding stuff like -SOLVED etc to it.
It completely breaks threading of the discussion.

2) Include a quote of the message you are referring to in your post.
Otherwise it is VERY hard to follow what you are commenting on
especially since you keep changing the subject all the time....
