[cvsnt] What is the last version of CVSNT, that run under Win98SE?

This is a carry over from a thread on the TCVS newsgroup.

As I mentioned before - my understanding is that this isn't a bug it's a feature that is a side effect of the acl functions.  However you need to supply the actual command and the actual error message and preferably the relavent part of a trace:

As for Win98 support - please download the CVSNT source code and compile and test on Win98 and submit  your patches to cvsnt-dev.  If you have any questions about how to get started we are always happy to help - but ask the cvsnt-dev list not this one.

since there is a small bug in CVSNT 2.5.01 (Travis)
build 1976 (it is impossible to `cvs95 release -d' the
top-level directory of the module inside the sandbox),
it is interesting to know what is the last version of
CVSNT, that runs under Win98SE (in which the situation
with `release' command could be fixed)?
