[cvsnt] CVS HEAD stuck?!?

Thanks Bo (and Jim and Arthur) for replying. It did help, sort of.

I restarted the two services and then yes CVS was running fine again so
my initial problem was fixed. I've should have listened to my ain't
broke don't fix it motto.

I then took your advice and upgraded the server to 2.5.03.2382 which
does appear to the be latest available for download on the website.

Now however it's not working at all. It told me to restart the whole
server which I did.

If I stop the CVS service using the control panel app, cvs.exe won't
exit. So if I try to restart it, it stops immediately since the previous
cvs.exe has already bound to port 2401.

Clients connect and nothing seems to happen.

I did just install over the top of the previous installation although I
had the Program Files/CVSNT dir open and saw it remove and replace all
the files...

Now what?
