[cvsnt] Error

Hi, 
The cvsnt.cpl doesn't start on my system and I get the following error in my system log:
   see file attached

I have a  WinVista Home premium OS 
I have installed the last cvsnt is version 2.5.03 build 2382
if you have a solution for this problem please let me know.
