[cvsnt] notify_email watcher user variable

i'm actually using simple notify emails to handle notification to
watchers, but as in these attached old emails of mine, i'd like to know
if there's a way i can get the watchers username within the notify_email
template: consulting the CVSNT manual didn't help unfortunately.
