[cvsnt] Building CVSNT

Hi

I am trying to do a windows build of cvsnt/evs using the Visual Studio 
project files in the checkout. And i fail miserably :-(
Is there anywhere a list of external libraries needed (iconv, libxml etc.) 
and the correct versions of them? And how about an include-order that 
doesn't lead to multiple definitions of symbols?
The README says: 'To compile, use Microsoft Visual C++ on the file 
cvsnt.mak' but cvsnt.mak doesn't exist in a chekout of CVSNT. Are there any 
instructions for building on windows that are not obsolete?
