[cvsnt] timeouts and temp directory

Depending on AV type sometimes disabling scanning etc does not stop it
from interfering with disk accesses anyway.
The only way then is to uninstall the AV and restart the PC.
Possibly you can find the AV in the services list and stop the service
and set it to start manually.
