[cvsnt] Restore from 'state dead' - Entire project dead?

1) You don't have to run 'update' before 'add'. IIRC in this case you
don't need to run 'commit' also.
2) You should obtain the list of files using 'cvs rls', 'cvs rlog' or
whatever, and then iterate 'cvs add' through them all using 'for'
shell command.
3) Sentence the guy to 10 whips :-P
